Prouty Road bridge closed for emergency repairs

The Lake County Engineer’s Office was forced Thursday to close the Prouty Road Bridge over Ellison Creek in Concord Township after an apparently overweight truck crossed over and created a 4-foot-by-8-foot hole in the center of the structure.
