The Lake County Engineer’s Office was forced Thursday to close the Prouty Road Bridge over Ellison Creek in Concord Township after an apparently overweight truck crossed over and created a 4-foot-by-8-foot hole in the center of the structure.
Bridge Engineer Kirk Dimmick was with a crew underneath the structure when the truck crossed over and he could see the vehicle poking through overhead...

Work will start soon on the long-awaited Chagrin Falls downtown improvement project. Chagrin Falls Village Council awarded the project Monday to Burton Scot Contractors.
